Hey everyone. I've been lurking for a while. I'm looking at a 2019 CAT bulldozer on the B&M Auto Arkansas site. The price seems almost too good for a repo auction. I couldn't find a ton of independent reviews, so I'm a bit hesitant. Is B&M Auto Arkansas a legitimate company? Worried about the process, especially getting a clear title. Any feedback is appreciated.
You're good to go, Dave. I bought a John Deere 5075E tractor from bmautoarkansas.com last year. The whole thing was smoother than I expected. I was also worried about the title, but B&M Auto Arkansas had it all handled with the bank. The clear title was delivered by FedEx a few days after the tractor arrived. No liens, no fuss.
I'll second that. Got a Hyster forklift from a B&M Auto Arkansas auction about six months ago. The photos and inspection report on their website were very detailed, so what I got was exactly what I saw online. It's a solid company.
My experience was mostly positive. I will say their customer service can be a bit slow on email. It took them almost two days to reply to a question I sent to office@bmautoarkansas.com about financing options. Once they called me back though, the agent was incredibly helpful and walked me through everything. The actual purchase of my skid steer was flawless.
@Bobcat_Bob I find calling them is usually faster if it's an urgent question. They seem to get swamped. A tip for the OP: the bidding process on bmautoarkansas.com is pretty standard, but pay close attention to the end times. Set a reminder so you don't get sniped at the last second. I learned that the hard way on my first try lol.
The title process was the best part for me. I was anxious about it after winning a Komatsu PC210 excavator. The best part was not having to chase down the title. It was all handled by B&M Auto Arkansas and the clean title document arrived with the equipment during delivery. Super professional.
I got a great deal on a New Holland T6 tractor from a bmautoarkansas auction. It had a minor cosmetic scratch on the loader arm that wasn't super visible in the pics, but it's used farm equipment so I wasn't expecting perfection. Mechanically, it was spot-on with the report. Runs great. Would buy from B&M Auto Arkansas again.
